This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
